Spiritual Direction is a space designed to support you as you pay attention to your inner world and discern God’s presence and action within. As a soul companion, the spiritual director partners with you in listening to your life and companions you as you respond to stirrings and invitations that arise. In truth, the director doesn’t do much directing, other than that of pointing you back to your own inner expert.

I (Bekah) received my training in spiritual direction from Denver Seminary as part of my Masters in Christian Formation & Soul Care. I’m a firm believer that the human starting point is good - that you are the Beloved and everything else hinges on living from this place. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals learn to trust their own inner-knowing.

I offer limited spots to meet with directees one-on-one. I am only available for spiritual direction virtually, and most of my open spots are on Thursdays & Fridays. I charge $100/session. Please reach out if you would like to explore entering into this spiritual companionship together.
